Refund Policy
In order to make our refund policy clear for our customers, we have defined it here for each of the products that we offer. Please take the time to read this and ensure that you are understand it. If you require any clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@phpworks.co.uk.
Hosting
Our hosting packages come complete with 30 day money back guarantee for all new customers. If you wish to cancel your order during the first 30 days you may do so and receive a full refund for the cost of the hosting. Any domain registration fees incurred will not be refunded.
After the first 30 days, we require 2 calendar weeks notice of your intention to cancel your hosting package with us. We will refund any remaining full months of hosting time remaining on your account, following the day at which your account is cancelled (2 calendar weeks after your provision notice to cancel) on a pro-rata basis.
Domain Registration
We automatically renew domain registration for any domains held on our servers when they become due for renewal. You will be sent e-mails advising you of the approach of a renewal date well in advance of any such occasion. You must advise us 2 calendar weeks prior to a domain name renewal date, if you do not wish us to renew the domain on your behalf. Refunds for unwanted domain renewals will only be given where the customer has provided the required 2 calendar weeks notice.Downloads
Given the nature of these products and their unreturnable nature, we offer no refunds on these products. Please therefore satisfy yourself as to the suitability of a product for your needs before you purchase it. Coding Services
Before carrying out coding work on behalf of our customers we prepare an agreed Statement of Work. We will carry out the work in accordance with the Statement of Work and to the satisfaction of the customer. Refunds will only be given for coding services in the event that the work cannot be completed due to unforeseen technical circumstance.
