- How come your software isn't free?
Php Works is a commercial company; we do this full time and have overheads to meet like any other business. In order to develop commercial standard applications and support them, we set a product price that we believe makes our products affordable by all, whilst allowing us to cover development costs and to continue to develop great products.
- Can I get access to the source code?
No. Our products are protected by an encryption system in order to prevent anauthorised copying
- What if I need modifications to one of your products?
We can provide customisations to any of our products on a case-by-case fee basis. Please contact us with your requirements
- Can I get a refund on my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on purchased products. Most of our products offer a free trial so you can check compatibility with your store before purchase.
- Do you guarantee your software won't damage my store?
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that our software runs without causing issues, it is impossible to ensure that it will work with all stores and all possible modifications. It is highly recommended that you take a full backup of your store before installing any software
- Can I run your software on more than one site?
Most of our products are licensed for use on one domain only. If you require volume licensing, please contact us for more information.
