The osCommerce Interactive Support Tool allows you to export data from your store in Comma Separated Variable (CSV) format, suitable for use in spreadsheet applications and other programmes, such as newsletter managers, that allow import of data in CSV format.
4 Different types of export are possible:
- Product Data
- Customer Data
- Order Data
- Sales by Product (aggregate order data; e.g. bestsellers, etc)
The tool allows you to select the columns that appear in the output file, for example, customers name, e-mail address, products ordered, etc, and to appy filters on any column to the data. This allows you to answer many different questions such as these:
- What products have low stock?
- Which customers bought a given product from me in the last month?
- Which customers spent more than a given amount in the last 6 months?
- Which products did I sell most of in the last 2 weeks?
- and many more....!
